It all started during my time as a Success Manager at a vibrant start-up. I was dedicated to making a real impact on the customer experience, from crafting captivating email designs to organizing valuable customer feedback and bug reports. Little did I know, the lead designer at the company would introduce me to the world of UX/UI, forever changing the course of my professional path.

The moment I delved into product design, I was captivated. Eager to learn and grow, I embarked on a self-learning journey in 2022. However, as I began my first project, I realized I had numerous questions that needed expert guidance. This realization led me to pivot and enroll in a rigorous bootcamp course, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable insights from industry professionals.

Today, I proudly serve as a Product Researcher and Designer at Blerp, the same start-up where I initially discovered my passion. Embracing a data-driven approach, I have the privilege of analyzing user data, conducting market research, and leveraging my skills from my Success Management background. These skills not only shape my design decisions but also empower me to create solutions that optimize user engagement and drive tangible business outcomes.
